Why 30? How sure are you that all those are required? We have over 35 models in our environment, primarily Lenovo, and have 2 drivers in our boot image. One of which is VMware.

In other words, what is the easiest way for me once I have a new boot image, to import the identical set of drivers into it that is in my current Wim?
