Can you try installing cm12r2 console without cu1 patch and try to connect to cas? If that makes any difference. If at all it works, you either need to install CU on cas or get your users to connect to cas without any cu installed on their machines.

It worked just fine and I can connect to the database from the console on the server. But all the attempts from multiple computers to connect remotely fail. I looked and found the roles are are correct and all the Administrative Users are there and correct. I can remote the server as me and open the console. I just cannot remote console as me. I did not have to rebuild the server. I did a recovery over the top of nonworking CAS. SCCM 2012 R2 sp1. Was CU1 but it won't install anymore to this server (says it's already there). The Primaries are still CU1. I had to recover from Media not the Start Menu. According to the Site Configuration the CAS and Primaries are all 5.00.8239.1000 with the Primaries shows as having CU1. Any suggestions? Dave
