i have looked at the SQL queries ,seems database stores only the information about the deployments that is targeted to the collection but not status of previous results.
Have to check if there are any SQL views that store the history of application deployment results. what are you trying to achieve here ? When your aim is to get the application install or update on clients that are lower, why do you still look at clients that are upgraded successfully? If at all you need, you can run sql queries or ssrs report for that particular deployment which is succeeded.
