Also start taking a look at the new Cloud Proxy Service, https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt732696.aspx#cloud_proxy, currently in tech preview. IBCM is not going away (at least for now) but the intent is that cloud proxy will significantly reduce the infrastructure requirements for Internet-based management. Certainly some shift of cost from on-prem hardware and security to Azure charges (and we still need to provide better guidance on what to expect with that).
