Yes. Just make sure that you up date the DNS record for the server and 
configure the boundaries and boundary groups correctly. ConfigMgr has no magic 
way to know where a server actually is so the physical location is truly 
irrelevant.

Subject: [mssms] Question about setting up secondary server

I have an office that is going to be getting a field host.  This is a server 
that we load VMWare on, and it has 4 guests:  DC, File, Backup and SCCM.  My 
question is, can I set up the secondary site on the guest, while it is still 
here in the central office, on DHCP, then move the host out to the field 
office, and everything works fine?  The site only has a T1, which is why I'm 
looking at this method, vs. just pushing it out when it is in place.
