I opened up that report. for "Software title Filter"; you can use a %; like Configuration Manager% But for Version, it has to be EXACTLY right. I.e., 5.0.8412.1000 ; no %, that particular field is not using a "like" in the sql query.
It "works for me" if I follow the exact rules it wants me to follow.
