He have an asset tag which is more or less a sequential number of similar 
lengths so just based my collections off one of the digits

10%   = 1
20%   = 1,2
40%   = 1,2,3,4
70%   = 1,2,3,4,5,6,7
100% = 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0

Seems to work out not too bad :) not like it needed to be exact figures :)
