I was doing some inventory of our mobile devices that we have enrolled through Intune/ConfigMgr hybrid and came across an iPhone (one Resource ID) that has multiple primary users. I was trying to figure out how this is even possible? I was thinking that maybe there was one iPhone that they shared amongst their group and maybe they have signed into the Company Portal which each of their accounts at some point in time but after further research, all of the users are in separate departments in different offices so that's very unlikely. And even so, I'm not sure that would automatically add them as a primary user. I believe that's only done through the enrollment process. I can't think of any other reason why this phone would have multiple primary users assigned through enrollment. Any ideas?
