Appreciate your reply - we were actually using the Jul media because there's a note on the latest features on demand media saying it's only compatible with the Jul media (we need this for the Aus language pack). Anyway, I've just tried the Nov media and it's the same problem. One correction - the log displaying the errors is RebootCoordinator.log not ClientServices.log.
