Good Morning!

Client has numerous machines that will not install windows updates while others 
in the same location will.  In the UpdatesDeployment.log it looks like is it 
sitting at percentcomplete = 0.  It isn't just one update, it is a bunch of 
them all stacked.

Here is some snippets from the different logs:

UpdatesDeployment.log:
