Check mp_clireg.log on the MP. My guess is that it’s a cert issue. Why are you doing this though: “Deleted the machine key (“C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys)”
That’s destructive and not supported. You’ve just deleted **all** of the private keys on the system which may/will break other things besides ConfigMgr as well as ConfigMgr.
