Try manually creating a disk partition on drive 0 so the TS has someplace to
download content to. The drive has no partition on it since it is a new virtual
disk.
!!!WARNING THIS WILL FORMAT THE DISK!!!

Open a cmd prompt from WinPE and enter the following:

Diskpart
Select disk 0
Clean
Create partition primary
Select Partition 1
Active
Assign
FORMAT FS=NTFS QUICK
EXIT
!!!WARNING THIS WILL FORMAT THE DISK!!!

The other option is to integrate MDT and use the MDT boot image and task
sequence which has logic to format the drive if there are not partitions found.

Yes, it’s one of the first steps before this error. BUT, this is a brand new
Hyper-V VM, it’s not bitlocked.

'GetConversionStatus' failed (2150694912) = This drive is locked by BitLocker
Drive Encryption. You must unlock this drive from Control Panel.

Did you disable bitlocker for the upgrade?

Which ADK version and which Windows 10 version? If you enable testing and hit
F8, do you see the drive?

For what it's worth, I've NEVER had to insert a storage or NIC driver if I've
kept up with the ADKs.
