[mssms] Configuration Manager 1710

Does anyone see 1710 yet in Updates and Servicing? We want to update by the
end of the year but have to go through a lot of management hoops first so
time is somewhat short. If it is not in Updates and Servicing, How else can
we get it? In AU downloads, we only see 1702.
