SCCM will remotely kick WSUS to run on SCCM's schedule. It is normal for WSUS to be set to Manual.

I just completed the WSUS maintenance for my ConfigMgr install. Prior to the maintenance, I went into the configuration for my SUP, and deselected the box to "Enable synchronization on a schedule". I never touched the sync schedule in WSUS. When I look at it now, in WSUS, it shows as Manual. That doesn't sound right to me, but before changing it, I wanted to verify here. Does the SUP manually kick off a WSUS sync on its schedule, or do I have to setup a sync schedule in WSUS, as well?
