About an hour ago, I found one solution to the problem.
Is there another (perhaps, more standard?) way to "initialize" the library other
than doing a LoadLibrary(_T("comctl32")); before the DialogBox() call?
My code now works... but if there's a "proper" way to do it, I'd be interested
in knowing.
