I would probably consider mixing those two, since they are both template

Yep, I do realise that and accept it. But the very fact that STL has a
different syntax from "normal" C++ makes the difference for me.
Of course, performance considerations or just rules laid down by the client
may dictate that I use those technologies - so be it. I just don't choose to
mix them myself {:v)
