I'm afraid they did - their site says it will no longer be available for
download. They have done away with DDKs for 98, 2000 and XP individually and
now appear to have lumped them all into one (I like this move, saves
fiddling).
But as I discovered, the price for shipping is really not so bad, it's just
the waiting time. I might just go ahead and order it anyway... worthwhile
investment, I have at least one other possible use for driver development.
