Well it maybe would be a possibility but for example the header files
used to declare the cmc_logon & cmc_logoff functions comes with the
standar Visual Studio .NET installation in the plataform sdk/include
Thats why i think the lib file must be in the stardard visual studio
installation nevertheless MSDN documentation does not refer to such
library file :(
