That is my point.  I can find the answers yes.  But my program is
multi-lingual anmd I don't want to have to find translations for all those
error messages.  If there was a windows API call to get it from the system,
then fair enough.  But why give myself the hastle of finding translations
for all this text?  Not to mention the additional resources and impact on
the size of the application.
