My archive management is not very good. Someone provided me a link to html error return codes. I lost it. Someone is reporting error code 403.
I will give background info...
With their fire wall running, it says the server address can't be found. So it doesn't even connect. If they switych off the fire wall, and try again, it then says error 403. What does this mean? It is trying to download a file from the internet....
The HTTP error 403 means 'access denied' and you get that when you're not allowed access to a resource or need to authenticate before being granted access.
