Hi all, I'm looking for a way to query/change some of the items inside the Local Security Policy (which is displayed in the Administrative Tools on WinXP Pro.) I need to find a way to do it programatically even for WinXP Home (which does not have that item in the Administrative Tools.)
The closest I've been able to get to is LsaOpenPolicy( ) which returns an LSA_HANDLE to what seems to be a Local Security Policy object, but I've been unable to find my way from there. I've also posted this question to microsoft.public.platformsdk.security with no replies yet. Can anyone let me know if this is possible, and how?
