Do you happen to have the kb articles, cause I am doing a search on
microsoft.com and can't find anything.

You should be able to open the log file in Performance Monitor.
There are several KB articles about setting up and using the logs. There
are some issues regarding the size of the log files, foreign counters, etc.
so you may need to deal with that.
Also there is a RK utility called PerfLog that will take your
PerfMon configuration and use that to log to a .csv file. I've found those
comma delimited logs to be alot more useful for analysis since you can load
them into Excel or Access and do some good number crunching.
