Yup. We run backups regularly. I update ERD's and run backups before
applying patches or SP's. This is a very small organization, and we've got
the money to provide the services our Director wants us to have, but not
enough money to create a duplicate test environment. Additionally, the
assumption of a test environment is that you will have personnel enough to
handle all tasks while someone else has time to actually set up and test new
products or services. We have two people here, running 4 (soon to be 5)
branches, and there's no money for additional personnel, either. We have to
make do with what we have. Before I arrived, they weren't even running
backups here at all...

Do you have money for backups?

Unfortunately... no possibility of testing. No $$ for a test environment,
and this is our only Win2K box.

I've installed on Win2K Server, but haven't rebooted yet... I'm
thinking about uninstalling it before I even try (this is our Exchange
box).
