Thanks for the insight.  I have heard several opinions on when to re-apply
and not.  For example:

NT4 = If you merely open the network configuration menu, you must re-apply
SPs (T or F?)
Win2k and NT4 = Your machine changes Domains / Workgroups so you must
re-apply (T or F?)

I'm confused.  Can someone clear up when to re-apply and when not to for NT4
and above?  Maybe some scenarios?  I am particularly concerned with IIS
hotfixes.

you should not have to reapply any hotfixes after changing ip addresses, nor
should you have to reset hfnetchk.
