I would imagine Technet or Microsoft.com would have something.
I havent setup a RAS server in about 2 years, but it seems like when I
did it in W2K, it took about 10 minutes.
As for VPN, I have never used MSVPN. I have Cisco for that.

You should be able to accomplish this with little trouble. You just need
to do a little homework and you will be fine.

setting up a VPN with an NT server?  I have seen a lot information
lately for W2k server.
