  Speaking of Microsoft enforcing things...

I wanted to complain that the new site does not work properly in Mozilla
(my preferred web browser).

To contact Microsoft on the web, I need one of their Passport IDs. I had
signed up for one, awhile back, for the sake of having it. However, it will
not accept my password. I tried resetting my password, and it refuses to
with a vague error message about not liking my browser. I wanted to contact
their customer support, so I looked for contact information on the Passport
website. There is none.

So I tried contacting <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, only to discover that the
mail exchangers configured for the <passport.com> domain will not accept
mail to that domain. I contacted the organization Microsoft has their MXes
pointing to (Comcation), and they tell me they are in no way connected with
Passport, and Microsoft is simply pointing their MX records at them without
permission.

And Microsoft wants us to use Passport as their secure, multi-site
identity solution? They apparently cannot even get email working!

  I am not impressed.

Anyone here know of a way to get in touch with MS Passport that works?

(And yes, I know, this does not really involve MS Win NT. Yet. But
considering the way Microsoft is going, I can see the day where they will
require us to register all NT user accounts in Passport...)
