I think you should get to like the name WINNT1.

Seriously, to rename that tree you'd have to roll through the registry
and fix all references to it (and system32 and all other subdirs). I'd
bet you'd likely crash as you did that.

If you got away with that, you'd have to find everywhere else programs
squirrel away config info that would have the name in it.

If you just recently reinstalled I'm assuming you fixed a broken install
that was in the default directory tree. If you really need to get the
names back, I'd suggest doing another parallel install right back into
the original tree...
