Well, first things first,  Why NT4?  Should be Win2K by now.  That aside for
now.


Robocopy from the NT/2K reskit is great, works fine, much like Xcopy but
with better error handling and only does the deltas easily.


Don't forget about configuration of IIS, IISrepl should cover that, if not,
I forget about NT4 vs 2K, backup the metabase!
