Actually, they'll rip your head off, piss down your neck, and then laugh.
Then they'll tell you it was for your own good.  As a general rule I suggest
lurking on Exchange lists for at least 3 months before asking a question, in
addition to the normal caution to read the FAQ, check the MSKB, and other
appropriate sources.

OWA is a set of components you can run on a web server to provide web-based
access to email, calendaring, public folders, and other Exchange server
functions.

Outlook 2000 is an Exchange Email client, personal information manager, and
otherwise extensible client which can be installed as part of Office 2000 or
by itself.
