I have SNA here and I solve this problem setting Everyone change on spoller
directory. It's solved my problem, may help you too.

All my mainframe print jobs show up as anonymous because the jobs are
actually being submitted by the SNA server. Do you have SNA?

Does anyone know why are some of the print jobs show ANONYMOUS as a user in
