That may not work real well since the secure channel will be reset at every reboot. There is a shareware/freeware tool somewhere which will let you run a batch file as a service - you would need to run setprfdc in that and then in the task scheduler on a frequent basis. Put the first three machines in random and different orders on the machines followed by some of the remaining DCs for a failover scenario. In a Master domain model, you only need to run SETPRFDC on the resource domain controllers. Do that on a tight schedule and it works pretty reliably. Additionally, you could run NLTEST from the Reskit first to check where the Secure Channel is set, and reset it only if it isn't one of the three.
