we are not too happy with Genuity. I was working for Novartis and we were using UUNET and Digex. We were constantly begging for UUNet for its backup procedures to ensure that our servers were being adequately backed up. They claimed they had a proprietary process that their lawyers would not let us look at. Then our server blue screened and suddenly they started claiming that they did not have an NT server cd at their main hosting site in Atlanta. Novartis no longer hosts with UUNet.
