Dealt with this problem quite a while ago.  What has happened, is that 
there have been some network or service modifications made since a SP has 
been installed.  Reapply your latest SP and any hot fixes and upon all the 
reboots (unless you are using IPCHAINS) your problem should be 
alleviated.  There is a Q article regarding this behavior.  Don't remember 
the article.  You can do a search on "enough storage space" and you should 
be able to find it.
