I can. I can also pronounce Lughnasad. It'd be pretty embarassing not
knowing how to pronounce one's holidays.
Personally I advocate using symbols in place of vowels for easy mnemonics,
and also using non-English words (I'm in the US). This works particularly
well if English is your second language... otherwise whatever you can
remember from high school language lessons, or you can snag a dictionary
and pick one at random. The abbreviated phrases trick mentioned before also
works well ("one ring to rule them all" = 1R2rt@!).
