hi all!
i'd like to confirm with you if this is possible or not (using or not third-party software): i have a win2k-pro on a workgroup that is sharing one folder. then, i have a win98se on the same workgroup that needs to access that folder (shared on the win2k-pro). these 2 machines can see each other on the network neighborhood and ping each other. they have tcp/ip and netbeui installed. my question for you is: do i have any way to make this share/access possible? using "standard, out-of-the-box" windows commands (net use, for example) i can't, but do any of you know of some software or "add-on" that can make this possible? btw, don't tell me to install win2k on the client machine, please... if i do that, it will become even more slow!! ;) thanks in advance! ------ You are subscribed as [email protected] Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
