I have already installed the server tools adminpak.msi when I made this post. I am running win2k pro with sp2 and the server is win2k sp2 When I try and connect I bring up Active Directory Users and Computers under the tree it shows a red X on the list I right click on the list and select connect to domain and it brings up the proper domain and I select it and then it says cannot connect to the new domain because : the server is not operational. Any other Ideas ?? Thanks in Advance Ronk
