  Contact Quantum and ask if there is a maximum file size on the Snap
server.  I think those might run Linux or one of the other free Unixes, and
some versions of those have issues with large files on 32-bit platforms.  
(They store the file position in a 32-bit signed int, which wraps to
negative at 2GB.)  Those problems have been fixed in the Unixes, but no
guarantee Quantum implemented said fixes.
