Scenario:
I have just restored an SQL server System partition, and I have the
directory structure for the data partition (Lets assume there is a system C:
and a data D:).
I have the master.mdb, and the master.ldf files and I wish to use these
files in my DR scenario.
is there a script I can use to activate these files as the Master Database
or is there another way of restoring the DB in this scnario.
Assistance here would be appreciated as I have to give a presentation to the
IT management ths week on the proposed DR strategy.
