We have a number of custom serial interfaces on some of our engineering/production equipment and every so often during testing they will fry the serial port that they are connected to and of course they come to me to fix it (which can't be done short of a motherboard replacement). So I want to put some kind of serge suppression inline so maybe they will stop frying my machines. Any ideas of where I can get one or even if they exist?
