The two servers seem to shutdown at the same time. I was thinking
it may have rebooted after an update, but it hasn't rebooted all week
and update are run every other day.

It is probably not shutting down from a power source. It is probably
rebooting from either a bug check (blue screen) or from a thermal shutdown
program. I know Compaq has these kinds of utilities and will shut down the
server if the server begins to run too hot being a fan fails or something
like that. What do you have running on these servers? Does it always seem to
happen at the same time? Do you have anything scheduled around that time? I
had this happen to my servers and it ended up being Backup Exec causing the
bug checks. Try to find the pattern and what would be happening just as that
is restarting. That will point you to your resolution.

I have Two NT 4.0 Servers SP6. One of the servers is running lyris list
software
the other is running the DHCP Server and is the BDC on the network. Every
so often these machines reboot during the night by themselves. I thought it
could have been a power issue. But these are all on a UPS. Its just these
two
servers which reboot. The other server on the same ups shows nothing. I
checked
the event logs and its seems the BDC reboots after partial syncs and the
other
machine I get Event id 43: crash dump disabled. Im at a loss right now.
