i don't, though based on my knowledge of exchange, i wouldn't use it if i did. There are best practices documented for exchange and mailbox level backups are not in there. I don't use these and have been keeping exchange servers up for years. YMMV
You may check the backupexec list, FAQs, and/or give them a call.
