you can use a w2k resource kit utility named ListOs.vbs that can be ran on any W2k OS. It will return the version of the OS (among other info) which will tell you which SP you have installed. if you goto the command prompt and run "ver.exe" you will get the same info (Microsoft Windows 2000 [Version 5.00.2195]). the 5.00.xxxx where xxxx is the sp level. of course if your handy with batch files you could throw together something that automated the running of the listos.vbs file on each computer from your desk and stored that info into a log file.
