I don't think that will work. Because it is raid five it will install the C and E on all the drives. I don't think it is possible to install just C on one drive and E on the other.

I use NTbackup to backup and then when I restore... will it work c'os the E drive is not a partition but it is another physical hard disk that I add in. Any suggestions?
