Has anyone ever seen this error when booting up a windows 2000 dell laptop. Loader Error 3 ask system admin then the computer just shuts down. This is for my friend and I told him over the phone to do a last known configuration but he had no success with that also he cant get in with safe mode. I looked on google and microsoft website and didnt find anything. The only thing attached to the computer is the power cable no expansion cards.
