I have seen this before. I had a print server that had this problem. I
created a batch file to add the routes back in because it happened so often.
It was NT4 SP6a. Not sure what caused it. But the batch file was a life
saver until I had time to upgrade the server to 2k. No problems since. If
you do find out the reason this happens I would like to know.

Would anyone be removing them without you knowing or playing a game with
you?

Subject: Route statements

Has any one come across "disappearing route statements"? I put in a route
statement on my NT 4.0 server, the machine works fine for a while, (no
consistent time) and then , out of the blue, the route statement disappears.
I am setting the statement to Persistent, and there is no common reason for
the statement to disappear (it wasn't rebooted). Has anyone heard of a bug
that might cause this? Any other suggestions?
