It's easier with Win2K, but you just need to download the appropriate
Adminpak.MSI

Subject: Administrating Windows NT 4.0 Servers from a Windows XP Pro
workstation

Hello,

We would like to administrate the Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 servers
in our network with a Windows XP Pro workstation. The Networkservices
(Domain functionality/DHCP/WINS/DNS)are all located on Windows NT 4
servers and offcourse need to be managed. If anyone can answer the
following questions, plese do:
- Are there any Client Based Network tools for Managing NT 4.0 servers on
a Windows XP station.
- Are there any known compatibility issues between Windows XP, Windows NT
4.0 and Windows 2000
- How can I for instance manage a NT 4.0 MS cluster from a Windows XP
station.
- How about NT 4 domain users, Printers, shares, NTFS permissions, IIS 4/5
webservers, MS Exchange 5.5 etc.
- Should I be using Windows 2000 Workstation instead of Windows XP ?

Any information regarding this subject will be appreciated.
