I have a web site on my Intranet that is prompting for username and password for word docs. The site is configured for only NT Challenge/response. It actually lets them into the site, but once they click on a word doc, it prompts for a username, password and domain, sometimes twice.
The NTFS permissions on the directory and the files are everyone Read/Execute, and a few other users that have Change. I thought I found a TechNet articles on it ( q225234), but the article says to apply SR-1A for office 2000, and we're already running SR-2. Any help would be appreciated.
