-DLINUX was missed but now i think Makefile is ok. However there still is 
something wrong:
gcc -O2 -I/usr/X11/include -L/usr/X11/lib -DUNIX -DLSB_FIRST -DDEBUG -DMITSHM -DSOUND 
-DLINUX -o fmsx fMSX.o MSX.o Z80.o Debug.o Unix.o Sound.o -lXext -lX11
