No, pen is that thing, that you usually use, when you write or draw
something to paper. Light-pen is a thing, that you can use for drawing to
screen. If you know, what is graphic tablet, then you are pretty near,

That would be too slow. Light-pen needs very accurate timeing, and that is
almoust impossibble to do trough PSG.

Seems, that you have missed today quite a badly. :-) You can not quess
