Best way to do this is to switch volume of all 3 channels, when they are
dissabbled. (reg 7) You need a logarithm table to get best result. I don't
have it, but it is used atleast in BandWagon's MSX1 demo. They ripped it
out from some Atari ST demo. (Atari ST has also PSG)
